PREDICTING REFERRALS TO REACH PEOPLE FASTER
THE CHALLENGE
Design and develop a tool that can help insurance agents quickly identify the best opportunities for new client referrals, powered by a predictive analytics engine.
THE DESIGN
After an initial workshop, exploratory data analysis, and weekly design iterations, we built a model that accurately estimates number of expected referrals from potential nominators over different types of activities, as well as an easy to use visual interface to reach all the critical information the agents need.
THE OUTCOME
We created an interactive tool, allowing agents to see the referral networks, past records, predictive estimates, and opportunities for connecting with their nominators, which in turn helps our client reach potential new customers much more efficiently.
